This little survival miracle is unparalleled for on-the-go healing. If the user is one of the medical team, they'll get a bonus.
After the terrible Mush wars, the ruling states decided to reduce exposure to Mush spores as much as possible to protect the troops. Combat units are systematically equipped with an ultra comprehensive medikit, which should allow any Federation agent to heal their own superficial injuries.

The Medikit is highly important for healing oneself and others. Without it, the crew will be forced to go to the Medlab to heal. It is recommended to leave it in the Dorms or in Icarus Bay, where medics can quickly provide aid to those near the rear of the ship.

New Actions

Action Point or Free Healing Action Heal (when targeting others) and Action Point or Free Healing Action Self Heal (when targeting oneself) heals the targeted crewmate for 3 HP.

  • Unlike the Medlab, you cannot heal someone when they are at full HP.
  • Healing someone may also cure Diseases that they have.
  • Modifiers:

Both healing actions, and any diseases healed, are Public. Since the Icon Mush cannot get sick, Hua is confirmed human.
This is a critical item, meaning humans are not allowed to take it on Patrollers or on Expeditions. If you attempt to do this, NERON will force you to drop the item on the shelf of the room you took off from. Additionally, the item will be dropped if the character holding it gains the Highly Inactive status.
