Hello! Thanks for your motivation to help on the wiki!
Here are a few tips to help this wiki not differ too much from the french wiki basis:
- Until we get all content right, we'll try to keep as close as possible as the french wiki at fr.emushpedia.com.
- This means that we aim to keep the same structure. However, content wise, I know that some people prefer Mushpedia shape (e.g. for Gardening) so we'll accept those articles even if they aren't 1:1 from french pages.
- Please try to follow the rest of wiki guidelines: using the existing templates and already uploaded images and use the common navbox/tooltip templates in new pages.
If you see that a template is missing:
- Either try to recreate it from french model that is used at the same place, by copying the code and translating its content.
- Or ask for help by using
{{TODO|missing templates <name>}}in the page you are editing.
To add a translation, you'll need to edit both pages in FR and EN, and add the following template at the end of each page:
- on FR side:
{{Language|fr|en=<use english name here>|es=<add spanish translation if you know it>}}
- on EN side:
{{Language|en|fr=<copy paste french name here>|es=<add spanish translation if you know it>}}
If you don't know the ES translation, do not provide the es argument, it will display a link to create the page. This template will display available languages in the left side-bar, as well as flags at the bottom of the page.
