The Camera appear in the player's inventory when the skill is selected.

Copying Paranoiac with Apprentice, or resuming the skill after a Transfer or successful administration of the Retro-Fungal Serum will cause one more camera to appear.

Installing/Removing cameras with Nimble Fingers will also be free.
