The penalty applies to attacks with bare hands and with a Knife.

• The penalty therefore does not apply to firearms such as the Blaster
• The effect is multiplicative and corresponds to a factor of 0.75
• Attacking with bare hands and a knife will go from a 60% success rate to a 45% success rate
