Extinguishing a fire with a Extinguisher always succeeds with this skill.

Grants the Extinguish Manually action to put out a fire without an Extinguisher.

• This action has a 10% chance to get the Firefighter dirty.
• This action has a 50% chance to injure the Firefighter for 2
• This action is private unless it succeeds. Successfully extinguishing a fire is public

Finally, this skill grants a bonus for the following NERON projects

• Automatic Sprinklers
• Fire Detector
